Welcome to the SIBO Diaries! 

My name is Amy Hollenkamp and I am a Registered Dietitian on a mission to help you break free from your chronic GI symptoms. I created the SIBO diaries as a SIBO sufferer just trying to share my journey. I saw early on that popular SIBO protocols just don't work. The SIBO Diaries was my outlet to spark much needed conversation to find the best SIBO solutions. 

But, now as a dietitian having worked with 100s of SIBO clients, I have seen first hand what strategies actually work for my SIBO clients. 

The main goal of the SIBO Diaries is to prevent you from making the same mistakes that I and many of my clients have made when trying to beat SIBO. Most of the popular protocols just don't work. I want to give you some tools to help you save time, money and energy on the wrong strategies and provide practical tips that actually work!
